Weekly Progress Reports !
Parents who wish to closely monitor their student may wish to receive a weekly report of their student’s progress in one or more classes. Students have the responsibility of picking up blank reports from the Guidance Office, taking the reports to teachers to complete, and taking home completed reports to parents. The procedure explained below must be followed.
Student Responsibilities
- pick up Weekly Progress Reports in the Guidance Office before school the day before you want a teacher to complete the report
- take a Progress Report form for each class for which you wish a report completed
- sign the Progress Report Log indicating your name, date, time, and number of reports taken
- write your name and the date on each of the Progress Reports before giving them to your teachers.
- give the Progress Report forms to your teachers so that they have 24 hours to complete the forms and return them to you
- pick up the Progress Reports from your teachers and take them to parents (or coaches).
