The District and High School is on SUMMER HOURS from Monday, June 5, 2017, through Friday, July 28, 2017. Our Summer Office Hours are 7 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Wednesday, and 7 AM to 4:30 PM on Thursday. The District and High School is CLOSED on FRIDAY during Summer Hours. The District and High School will return to REGULAR business hours effective Monday, July 31, 2017.
 
 
Attendance and Discipline Information  Parking InformationParking Rules 2017-8Parking Car Tag Information_2017-8Parking Combo Info 2017-8Attendance InformationIf you need to pick up your child from school early, please send them to school with a note stating the time they need to be released, the reason why, a valid phone number, and if someone other than the parent/guardian will be picking up the student. The student must present this note to the office staff before school, during passing time or at lunch. Students will not be called out of class for parent/guardian pickup if they do not come in with a note. This procedure interrupts the teacher, and the other student’s critical academic time. Parents/Guardians please realize that you must wait till the end of the period to have a student released without prior notification. You may send the Attendance Office a fax at, 377- 1595, requesting an early dismissal provided you give us ample time for delivery. If your child goes to the doctor’s office always bring a note to the office upon their return.Be aware students cannot be picked up after 1:40 p.m.If your child is ill, please call 377-1500. This number is available around the clock. This is a message line only. Please leave detailed information. Do not expect a return phone call unless you specifically request it.Students are not permitted to go to their vehicle at any time during the day; they must bring everything they need for the day when they arrive.Just a reminder to have your child adhere to the dress code policy, especially the length of skirts/dresses and shorts. The policy states proper dress shall reflect modesty and good taste. If a student’s fingertip’s touch skin when the arms are held straight at their sides, then the clothing is too short and may not be worn to school.  (i.e. “sophie shorts, spandex skirts, etc.”) TardyPolicies Students are expected to arrive to school prior to the start of school. Every student is also expected to be in his/her class before the bell rings to indicate the start of class. Any student who is not in his/her class when the bell rings to indicate the start of class is considered tardy. When a student arrives to school late, they must check in immediately in the Attendance Office, before going to their locker or any other location. If a late-arriving student does not check in at the Attendance Office, the student could be counted truant for the rest of the day. Therefore, it is important that all students check in at the Attendance Office upon arrival to school with a NOTE from a parent. All tardies to school are unexcused. All tardies will start over at the beginning of each semester: 1ST PERIOD (Tardies to school) 1st thru 4th tardy = verbal warning 5th = one lunch detentions & written parent notification 6th = two lunch detentions 7th = one 1 afterschool program 8th = two 1 hour afterschool programs 9th and above, written parent notification/meeting, possible loss of driving privileges, ISS/OSS, possible alternative placement . Excessive tardies to school may cause a student to have his/her parking privileges suspended or revoked. Any student who has accumulated more than 9 tardies/unvalidated absences to period 1 from the previous school year will be able to pick up their parking permits after 10:15 a.m. on your scheduled day.    Cell Phone PolicyDress CodeStudent Handbook
