Applicants: Administrative/Managerial

Your application must contain the following items in order to be considered complete:

  1. A completed District School Board of Collier County application.
  2. Official undergraduate and graduate transcripts, professional licenses, and certificates.
  3. Two (2) professional references using the Administrative/Managerial reference forms. One reference must be from your most recent supervisor.
  4. A copy of your social security card is also requested, but not required.
  5. A cover letter and resume indicating the position(s) you're applying for.
  6. Copy of your last two (2) performance evaluations.

INTERVIEW PROCEDURES FOR ADMINISTRATIVE / MANAGERIAL APPLICANTS:

  1. Only after you have submitted a completed application with the Office of Human Resources should you begin to monitor the Vacancy List. When you find a position for which you are qualified, you may call the contact referenced in the Vacancy List.
  2. The principal/supervisor for the position maintains a list of applicants that are interested in the vacant position. After a review of the applications the principal/supervisor will select applicants for interviews. The District does not reimburse candidates for travel and other related expenses.
  3. The principal/supervisor then recommends a candidate for the position to the Board, and employment with the District can only commence after the Board has approved the appointment.
  4. If selected for an interview, all candidates will be contacted by the principal/supervisor regarding their status.
