Applicants: Principal, Assistant Principal, or Dean

Your application must contain the following items in order to be considered complete:

  1. A letter of Intent and resume indicating the specific position(s) you are applying for.
  2. A completed and/or updated District School Board of Collier County application.
  3. Official undergraduate and graduate transcripts, professional licenses, and certificates.
  4. a copy of your last two (2) performance evaluations
  5. Two (2) professional references using the Administrative/Managerial reference forms or letter dated within one year. One reference must be from your most recent supervisor.
  6. You may include any additional information you want to have considered with your application.

  8. A copy of your social security card is also requested, but not required.

INTERVIEW PROCEDURES FOR PRINCIPAL, ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL, AND DEAN APPLICANTS:

  1. A review committee will screen all completed applications for potential candidates.
  2. The candidates will be contacted for an interview before the review committee. (The District does not reimburse candidates for travel and other related expenses.)
  3. The interview team will recommend selected candidates to the Superintendent for an interview. The final candidate's employment is subject to the approval of the Board and a satisfactory background investigation, to include employment references.
  4. All applicants will be contacted regarding their status.
