Contractor/Vendor Badge Information
The Jessica Lunsford Act, FS 1012.465 went into effect on September 1, 2005. The Act requires fingerprint background screening for contractors and their employees, employees, subcontractors or agents who are subject to the Jessica Lunsford Act FS§1012.465.
New Contractor/Vendor/Consultant Badges
Contractors, Employees, Subcontractors or Agents who are subject to the Jessica Lunsford Act FS§1012.465.
Renewal Contractor/Vendor/Consultant Badges
Your employees have been fingerprinted and issued Identification Badges to indicate that they have been cleared through CCPS screening standards. Identification Badges expire annually on June 30th and may not be used for admittance on District premises after date of expiration.
