HIGH SCHOOL SCHOLAR BOWL

The 24th Annual High School Scholar Bowl Tournament induced two days of spirited academic competition among ten Collier County high schools. Elimination rounds on Friday (February 8) moved five teams into Saturday’s final set of rounds. On Saturday (February 9), after morning eliminations, the final round – televised live on The Education Channel – came down to a battle of the wills between Barron Collier High School, the Community School of Naples, and Gulf Coast High School. Congratulations to the Gulf Coast High Sharks as they took first place victory with 192 points! Barron Collier came in a close second (185 points), with the Community School taking third (165 points).

- Monday, February 18 thru Sunday, February 24 (8:00 – 9:30 p.m.)
- Monday, February 25 thru Sunday, March 3 (8:00 – 9:30 p.m.)
- Saturday and Sunday, February 23 and 24 (12:30 – 2:00 p.m.)
- Saturday and Sunday, March 2 and 3 (12:30 – 2:00 p.m.)
