Personal Information:

I attended Tusculum College where I received a B.A. in Elementary and Special Education. I started teaching in Collier County in 1979 and I have taught elementary, middle and high school levels. My wife (Mary Jane) teaches and we have three daughters that keep us very busy.

Social Studies (7921010) ESE
The purpose of this class is to increase knowledge in world geography, world history, American history, and government. This course is modified with activities to help the student increase skills related to help the student increase skills related to all social studies areas.  Work is targeted on how our world and country became what is is today.

Consumer Math (7912050) ESE
The purpose of this class is to increase the application of math skills that are used in consumer situations. This course includes activities that emphasize the opportunities to apply math skills to practical situations in everyday life. Work is targeted at basic concepts, problem solving, and using calculators needed for independent living.

Classroom, Homework and Attendance Policies:

Grades will be calculated on the computer.  The grade will be averages of tests, quizzes, classwork, homework, and notebooks.  Upon successful completion and attendance of the course, the student will satisfy a social studies or math requirement for graduation.
