Student Accident Insurance
Student Accident Insurance is made available throughout the year for all school activities including sports and field trips.
Collier County School District does not cover medical expenses of students due to accidents. It is highly recommended that Parents or Legal Guardians purchase this coverage from the provider.

Parent or Legal Guardian is responsible for completing and mailing student accident claim form. Please request a copy of the Student Accident Report from the school nurse when applicable.
