Out-of-Zone Forms

Out of zone applies between December 15th and January 15th for priority on available space in the schools. You can still apply after January 15th, you just will not have priority on the space in the school.

If you are submitting an application based on child care needs, you must submit the following supporting documentation:

• Work schedules of both parents
• Child care verification on provider's letterhead
