Welcome to Parent Access Registration
Parent Access allows you to view current grades for your middle or high school student throughout the school year. It is also used for parents to access ANGEL and view student assignments for all grade levels.
Important Note to Parents:
Any parent can register but only middle and high schools will be able to view grades. All parents are able to view assignments in ANGEL.
Please read the following before completing the Registration Process.
- Current CCPS employees should start with Step 2, Request Student Association.
- All others should start with Step 1, Registration Process. You will first need to create a CCPS account by completing Step 1. Once your account has been established you will receive a confirmation e-mail that requires you to answer several 'challenge' questions and change your password. Once your account is active, you will complete Step 2, Request Student Association.
- Once your student association has been approved you will receive an email confirming your access. This process takes one business day.
- You must complete a student association request for every student you would like access to.

- I am able to log in to Gradebook but it says I have no students associated with my account.
Please contact the Help Desk at (239) 377-0445 and give them your username.
- I have been locked out from the Gradebook. How do I get back in?
Gradebook timeouts last for less than 10 minutes. Please wait 10 minutes and try again later.
- I have the right Gradebook password but the system still won't let me in.
Check to be sure you have a Student Association (see Step #2 under Instructions).
- I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
