Welcome to Pathways to Enhanced Health

The District is introducing a new health plan campaign.  The behavior based plan is a relatively new concept in the health care industry. Instead of implementing a choice where employees pay more to get better coverage or greater access to providers, under the new plan, “Pathways to Enhanced Health,” you can qualify for better coverage by participating in a variety of activities.  These activities are designed to improve health awareness, help you maintain good health and address chronic disease or serious medical conditions.  The bottom line is simple - improving the health of our employees.

The new health plan will take effect January 1, 2011 and applies to all covered employees and retirees.  We are dedicated to keeping you informed as we move through the planning and implementation process. We are committed to structuring a plan that will continue to provide you with quality health care coverage AND the opportunity to empower you to take an active role in your good health!
