Rotary Club of Collier County Provides Dictionaries to Students
Over 3,000 Collier County Public School (CCPS) students received the gift of words on Dictionary Day (Friday, October 28th). All CCPS 3rd grade students were given their very own dictionary by Rotary Club members. Representatives from eleven Collier County Rotary Clubs visited elementary schools throughout the district – personally handing out the dictionaries to the students.
Rotary Clubs of Collier County have but one goal for Dictionary Day – to help students become good writers, active readers and creative thinkers.
