Training & User Support Services
Our systems require the use of usernames and passwords to access the various applications within the District (i.e. Gradebook/eSembler, Data Warehouse, Angel, Outlook WebMail, AS400 - TERMS, Optispool, etc.).
As CCPS Employees we have the opportunity to purchase a "Work at Home" copy of Microsoft Office 2007, 2010, or Windows 7 operating system at a significant discount. Symantec Antivirus software is free.
To keep up with the rapidly changing world, it is important to develop and maintain good computer skills. That's why we offer FREE computer classes and workshops year-round to existing and former employees.
The HELP DESK is the first point of contact for information, service and support to faculty, staff and students of the Collier County School District. Questions, problems, and requests are handled in a prompt, courteous, and informed fashion.
Employee's depend on many software programs to perform their many job duties. Knowing who to contact to obtain access, training, and logon information is pertinent in gaining access quickly.

Once signed into EZStub please remember to change/update your e-mail address. An e-mail address assures you of unique messaging features and delivery options such as the ability to reset your own password.
You can access EZStub by typing in the following website address: www.myezstub.com/ccps .
“Helpful How-To’s” can be found on the Technology Training webpage: http://www.collierschools.com/technology/training/ezstub.html.
Outlook is currently our district email program, you should access your e-mail via Outlook icon on your desktop or Outlook WebAccess (https://webmail.collierschools.com/owa/ ). Outlook tutorials can be found on the Technology Training website under Tutorials, Microsoft Office 2010, Outlook 2010.
Remember your e-mail account is for ‘business use only’ and becomes a part of the District’s archives, therefore, be cautious of the content of messages which you author, forward, copy, or reply to. Emails are considered as a public record and a legal document.
Our overall goal is to communicate district policies and encourage compliance, enhance awareness of district information security, and educate you about information security techniques you can apply not only in the workplace, but for your personal protection as well.
