Your passwords are the keys used to access our computer systems housing much confidential and sensitive data.  Treat your passwords and pass phrases with as much care as the information they protect.   Your password belongs to you and should never be compromised. 

To change/reset your password or complete the challenge questions in your profile, visit the webpage:  https://ua.collierschools.com:8444/CCPS/jsps/login/Login.jsf

Direct deposit receipts are only accessible through EZStub, the District’s online access to an employee’s current and past pay information.  Once signed into EZStub please remember to change/update your e-mail address.  An e-mail address assures you of unique messaging features and delivery options such as the ability to reset your own password.

Outlook is currently our district email program, you should access your e-mail via Outlook icon on your desktop or Outlook WebAccess (https://webmail.collierschools.com/owa/ ).  Outlook tutorials can be found on the Technology Training website under Tutorials, Microsoft Office 2010, Outlook 2010.  

Remember your e-mail account is for ‘business use only’ and becomes a part of the District’s archives, therefore, be cautious of the content of messages which you author, forward, copy, or reply to.  Emails are considered as a public record and a legal document. 

Our overall goal is to communicate district policies and encourage compliance, enhance awareness of district information security, and educate you about information security techniques you can apply not only in the workplace, but for your personal protection as well.

  • Remember to lock your computer before you step away by pressing the Windows key + “L” OR hold down the Ctrl-Alt-Delete keys simultaneously and click “lock computer”.  This feature does not shut down or log off any programs that are open prior to locking.
  • Make sure to Log Off/Shut Down your computer at the end of your day. 
  • Immediately report all security breaches to your Supervisor/Administrator.
