    THURSDAY, MARCH 23:

    • Attention all FCA club members and future members! We will meet TODAY in the blue gym at lunch! Our very own Olympian and national champion will be here to share! So, bring your lunch and be ready for an amazing session!
    • Attention wrestlers, there will be a meeting TODAY during lunch to discuss the banquet, off-season workouts, and equipment return. Report to Coach Bettridge's room, 7-101 at the beginning of lunch TODAY. 

    WEDNESDAY, MARCH 22:

    • Attention all FCA club members and future members! We will meet on Thursday in the blue gym at lunch! Our very own Olympian and national champion will be here to share! So, bring your lunch and be ready for an amazing session!
    • The NHS Band is looking for a harpist. If you play the harp and would be interested in playing with the band, please stop by the Band Room and speak with Mr. McGuire
    • Congratulations to Harvey Sarajian for being selected as the Dairy Farmer's 5A Player of the Year in the state of Florida. This honor qualifies Harvey for the honor of Mr. Soccer in the state of Florida. Harvey has also been nominated for the US Soccer Coaches' Association All -American team.
    • The NHS Boys’ Tennis team defeated Bishop Verot, six matches to one yesterday. Winning singles matches were Noah Kohn, Rey Pozsonyi, Jack Tucker, Spencer Carley, and Michael Richey-Kline. In doubles, the team of Javier Reyes and Finn Wasmer were also victorious. The team's record is currently 9-1. Their next match is this Thursday at 3:30 PM against Barron Collier. The girls will be away and the boys will be home. Go Golden Eagles!
    • The NHS Boys' JV and Varsity Soccer Awards Night will be held April 12 at 7 PM in the theater. Mark your calendars and see coach Prange if you cannot attend.

    • Every year in the US, people throw away over 300 million pairs of shoes, 95% of which wind up in landfills. Help stop this disastrous trend and donate your used shoes. Your NHS TOMS CLUB is collecting used shoes to be recycled into something beautiful, as well as new shoes to be given to a CCPS student in need today through April 14. Stop by room 11-204 anytime and drop them off. Got more than a pair? Excellent! Those who donate will be entered into a Grand Prize Giveaway. From PRO tickets to PROM tickets...for every five pairs of shoes donated new or used, you will be entered to WIN! It's a WIN-WIN! Questions? See Mrs. Stewart in room 11-204.
