It is an honor and a privilege to serve as the Principal of Poinciana Elementary School.  My experience in Collier County spans over 25 years as a teacher, Reading Coach, Intervention Support Specialist and Administrator.  My passion is to serve students while leading all stakeholders in a way that establishes a collaborative climate to enhance instructional strategies.  My vision is for our students to become strategic thinkers, proficient readers and problem solvers so they will be able to SHINE in every life situation as lifelong learners.  I greatly value the partnerships with our parents and the community and invite you to consider one of the many ways to become involved in our school, such as through SAC (School Advisory Council), PTO (Parent Teacher Organization), or volunteering on campus.
