Conference/Webinar Inservice Points
If you complete any professional learning throughout the school year or summer outside of CCPS, you are required to submit the certificate of completion and/or agenda with a Verification of Professional Conference Form in order for inservice points to be awarded.

Once your form is completed and signed, please attach your certificate of completion and/or agenda and send all documentation to Melissa Hernandez, Pony Box #100.
