    The Collier County Public Schools' (CCPS) confidential Emotional Wellness Program is a FREE* benefit available to you and your family members during those times in your life when you need support or just need someone to listen. This is an integrated, HIPAA-compliant Emotional Wellness Program (EWP) providing you with several options:


    Community Health Partners (CHP)

    • Licensed counselors available to meet Monday through Saturday

      • On-site at the CCPS Administrative Center (Monday-Thursday), or

      • CHP offices (Monday-Saturday)

    • Telehealth services also available at counselor discretion
    • Appointments available as follows:

      Monday, 8 AM - 6 PM

      Tuesday, 7 AM - 8 PM

      Wednesday, 8 AM - 8 PM

      Thursday, 7 AM - 6 PM

      Friday, 8 AM - 8 PM (CHP offices only)

      Saturday, 8 AM - 3 PM (CHP offices only)


    • *FREE if enrolled in the CCPS Medical Plan

    • Employees and/or dependents not enrolled in the CCPS Medical Plan must provide proof of insurance prior to first appointment to participate in the CHP program. Those not enrolled may also pay for services upfront.

    • 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, 365 days/year

    • *FREE for all benefit-eligible employees and family members (who reside in same household)
