• Highlands Elementary School (HLE) aims to build leaders in all stakeholders and empower parents in their students education . HLE has created the parent Lighthouse Team. This team is composed of an administrator, parents, the parent teacher organization (PTO) president, the School Advisory Committee (SAC) president and any other parents that wish to attend.
