Disability Insurance
Four disability insurance plans are available to employees: 

• 14 day short term disability 
• 90 day long term disabiltiy 
• 180 day long term disability
• 14 day short term + 180 day long term disability

Life Insurance
The District pays 100% of the premium for employee basic life insurance. The basic life insurance is equal to 1x base salary (Minimun $30,000 / Maximun $100,000). This coverage includes accidental death and dismemberment and double indemnity for accidental death. 

$20,000 Supplemental Term Life Insurance (Employee)
Flat $20,000 of life insurance coverage for the employee only.

Voluntary Group Term Life Insurance (Employee, Spouse, Child)
Additional coverage for the employee, their spouse and eligible children.
