Below are a few ways to setup your child(ren) for success on the first day and for the entire School Year.
Parents can complete the annual Emergency Information Form online! This form is available online and includes new information regarding the health services available to students in school. You do not have to wait to receive a paper version of the form. Simply visit the CCPS Portal and login as a parent (do not login using your student's information), then click on the FOCUS icon and follow the on-screen prompts to complete all sections of the form, including Student Information, Contact Information, and Health Information.
Collier Connect - All students in grades K-12 will be provided a laptop to use for the 2022-23 school year.
Technology support is available to students and parents by visiting www.collierschools.com/CollierConnect.
The federal government allowed school districts to offer free lunch meals to all students during the pandemic. Unfortunately, this benefit is no longer available for the upcoming school year.
Families that are or may be eligible for free or reduced-priced lunch meals, MUST complete an online meal benefit application BEFORE the start of school in order to receive assistance. Visit www.collierschools.com/MealBenefit to complete the online application by the deadline of August 9, 2022. Families that are not eligible or that do not have an application on file by the first day of school will pay full price for their meals.
Collier County Public Schools will continue to provide breakfast at no charge during the 2022-2023 school year.
Be on the lookout for the 2022-2023 CCPS Family Organization Station coming home in August/September! The calendar is filled with resources to support students and families with staying organized, practicing effective time management, and encouraging school attendance. Plus, there are tips on establishing routines and activities to promote learning beyond the school day.
All students must be up-to-date on all required immunizations BEFORE the first day of school. This does NOT include the COVID-19 vaccine. Whether or not to vaccinate a child for COVID-19 is the decision of parents.
Parents of bus riders make sure to download our WheresTheBus™ mobile app. This free app will provide you with timely information about the location of your child’s bus, including when it will arrive at your child’s designated bus stop.
The CCPS mobile app has been updated with even more useful features. Review grades through FOCUS, track weather alerts from campuses, see lunch menus and much more all from the palm of your hand. You can even "follow" specific schools to receive news and notifications sent straight to your phone. Search "collier schools" in the Apple App store or Google Play store for the free download.
