Biography:
Tim graduated from Northwood University in Midland, MI. He then went on to spend the next 30 years in transportation and logistics, where he learned the importance of fiscal responsibility and problem-solving with practical knowledge. Currently, Tim serves on the Ochopee Fire Board and Everglades city Compliance Board.
As an Eagle Scout, education and service to our country are embedded in Tim’s family values, with children who have served in the military and graduated college. He understands the importance of parental involvement and has participated in his children’s and grandchildren’s school activities throughout the years. While working at Ryder System, Inc., he volunteered for 12 years to raise scholarship funds for employees’ children. He also participated in the Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital Harley Ride’s along with the Seminole Indians to raise millions for hospitalized children.
Tim has been married to his wife, Debbie, for the last 35 years and both share a passion for helping children reach their highest potential. They believe in the Collier County community, understand the importance of a well-rounded education, and are committed to bringing excellence to CCPS.
