    Scholar Bowl
    An Academic Competition 
     
    In district competition, congratulations to the Gulf Coast High School Sharks and the North Naples Middle School on their victories in the 2022-2023 Scholar Bowl Tournaments!  All teams represented their schools excellently.  We extend a special thank-you to our participating teams' members, coaches, and parents for their dedication and hard work this scholar bowl season.

    Overview
    The Collier County Scholar Bowl Program is an academic competition designed to challenge and recognize Collier County’s academically talented students.  Teams from public and private Collier County schools compete to answer questions from the areas of mathematics, science, language arts, social studies, current events, and fine arts.
     
    The top eight high school scholar bowl students are chosen at-large to represent Collier County at the Commissioner's Academic Challenge in Orlando, Florida.   The Commissioner's Academic Challenge is a highly competitive academic statewide tournament that has top students from each district facing off in an exciting competition of academic talent.
