Schoolwide Improvement Planning (SIP) provides schools with a framework to:- Demonstrate continuous growth
- Reflect on prior achievement
- Identify areas of strength and opportunities for growth
- Utilize clear metrics for the measurement of progress toward plan goals
- Communicate and collaborate with all stakeholders—the School Board, leadership, staff, students, parents, and community
- Create a dynamic document that can be updated to reflect ongoing efforts and midyear adjustments
