The prospective volunteer cannot participate in any volunteer activities until the application has been approved and the school has received a clearance (approval) email from the District office.

    * Present valid US-issued photo identification at the school

    * Have badge picture taken at the school

    * Complete volunteer orientation

    If your volunteering activities require Level II clearance, the school's volunteer contact will also assist you with completing the forms required for you to be fingerprinted.

    3. Once the items in step two have been completed, the school's volunteer contact will request the District office to approve your volunteer application for Level I clearance.

    4. The school will be notified once your application is approved by the District office, and a volunteer badge will be printed and sent to the school for pickup.

    If pursuing Level II clearance, additional steps will be sent to your email to schedule a fingerprinting appointment.
