Fingerprinting & ID Badges

Collier County Public Schools is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all students and staff.  All employees, charter school employees, volunteers, and board members, interns, vendors, consultants, sports officials, contractors, and District volunteers (for overnight/out-of-county trips only) are required to submit fingerprints and undergo background screening in accordance with the District’s screening guidelines. The screening process must be completed and clearance must be received prior to working with the District.

Screening Process Requirements

All badges for contractor personnel no longer working for the company and all expired badges must be collected from the employee and be returned to the District School Board of Collier County.  Badges shall only be used by the intended individual whom the badge was issued.  Any vendor found not in compliance with these requirements could be subject to the termination of their contract.

If you are an existing CCPS Contractor and need a replacement badge, please email contractor@collierschools.com. The fee to replace a lost or damaged CCPS badge is $10.00 and can be paid via check or money order.
