Title IX Allegation Report (PO 2266)

The purpose of the Collier County Public Schools Title IX reporting process is to secure prompt and equitable resolutions of complaints of sexual harassment, sexual violence, and inappropriate sexual conduct in violation of Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972. These procedures apply only to reports alleging conduct prohibited by Title IX. By filing this report, you are requesting that Collier County Public Schools investigate the allegations below in accordance with School Board policy.
