Adult Workforce Education

Adult Workforce Education in Collier County represents a deliberate shift from traditional “adult and community education” to a workforce-driven strategy focused on economic mobility, employer alignment, and talent development. These programs are intentionally designed to accelerate high school equivalency attainment, English language acquisition, and Integrated Education and Training (IET) pathways that culminate in industry recognized certifications aligned to high-demand occupations. By embedding workforce readiness, credential attainment, and career pathway navigation into every program, we are strengthening our regional labor market and expanding access to sustainable wages. This is not simply adult education; it is workforce activation.
