- The purpose of the LWTHS Black Student Union (BSU) is to provide a space for students to come together and support each other. The club also works toward creating a more inclusive and equitable school environment through advocacy, education, and activism for Black American students as well as those of other races and nationalities. Additionally, BSU may host cultural events and provide opportunities for students to appreciate and learn more about the history and traditions of many cultures.

- DECA (Distributive Education Clubs of America) is a co-curricular organization that prepares high school students for careers in marketing, finance, hospitality, and management. Its purpose is to provide students with opportunities to demonstrate leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills through various competitive events, community service projects, and networking activities. By participating in DECA club, students can develop their professional skills, explore career options, and build relationships with industry professionals and peers.

- The purpose of the LWTHS Faith in Following Club is to provide students with a positive and supportive environment to deepen their faith, strengthen their character, and connect with like-minded individuals. Ultimately, the club seeks to inspire students to live a life that is guided by their faith and grounded in purpose and meaning.

Fitness Club
- Purpose & Nature:

- The fitness club is a year-round club for students who possess an interest in health and wellness. It is time for students to use the gym to do their own routine or they can ask for assistance if needed.
- All members must provide Insurance Forms; Forms for participation can be found at the front desk or through Ms. Nelson in room 4-217. They need to be returned to Ms. Nelson before you can start.

- Purpose & Nature:

- The purpose of the Lorenzo School Newspaper is to produce monthly issues in service to LWTHS students. Sections of the paper will include news, features, sports, activities, tech talk, and art. Interested members should show strong editing, writing, layout, photography and graphic arts skills.

The goal of the Musician Club is to enable like-minded students to share their passion for music through writing, performing, and collaborating during club meetings. Students will be able to learn from each other by sharing their abilities, insights, and opinions pertaining to all styles of rock and roll. The Musician Club also caters to aspiring musicians who want to learn or teach others to play guitar and other instruments. Parental Permission is required to attend meetings.
