Dual Enrollment - DE:
Dual Enrollment is a state-approved program that allows a high school student to earn college credits while attending and earning a high school diploma. Selected college courses may be taken at Edison State College, Florida Gulf Coast University, or a high school site. The college tuition and fees are waived and textbooks are provided free to the student in the dual enrollment program.
To qualify for Dual Enrollment, the following criteria must be met:
- Florida Southwestern College requires a minimum unweighted GPA of 3.0.
- Florida Gulf Coast University requires a minimum unweighted GPA of 3.0 unweighted and 3.7 weighted for a rising Junior or Senior
- Appropriate test scores on the SAT, the ACT, or PERT exams.
These dual-enrollment courses are offered on campus at PRHS:
- English Composition I and II
- American National Government
- French I and II

Online Transcript request must be done to send your transcripts to universities and US colleges. Student will create an account and request through this website.

4. College Credit for AP Exams: Your AP scores should be released mid July, in order to access your AP scores you must go through College Board. College board will send your score report to the college or university that you designated your My AP (portal) in College board account. When you go online you will be able to see your entire score report and score history. See Dr. Williams RM 1-130 for questions/concerns.
