    Mrs. Georgie Elgin, Principal 

     I am delighted and honored to be a part of the Vineyards Elementary School community.   My experience in Collier County spans over 25 years as a teacher, Resource Teacher, Reading Coach, Intervention Support Specialist and Administrator.  I have a vested interest in our students, families, and staff.  I feel that it is my job to ensure all students at VES develop learner qualities that will follow them throughout their educational experiences.  My passion is to serve students.  My goals are to guide and coach all stakeholders in a way that establishes a collaborative climate to enhance instructional strategies.   My vision is for our students to become strategic thinkers, proficient readers and problem solvers so they will be able to SHINE in every life situation as lifelong learners.
