Sole Source Information

Pursuant to FS 287.057 (3) (c) Sole Source information will be posted here for fifteen (15) business days.  A "Notice to Proceed" will follow each sole source posting for a period of seventy-two (72) hours. Failure to contact the Purchasing Department per the time prescribed, shall constitute a waiver of proceedings for the sole source purchase.  Historical sole source information will be maintained on this site for approximately one (1) year.
