Message from Principal Jeffrey Rexford

  • School Principal" Lorenzo Walker Technical High School is proud to be an “A” school which prepares students for life beyond high school. We are committed to providing an education to all students that exposes them to a rigorous and relevant curriculum and leads to students having the opportunity to graduate in four years with a high school diploma, a technical program certificate, and college credits from Florida SouthWestern State College. Upon graduation students have different options: acceptance to a four-year university, possible matriculation into a community college, and certification or licensure in a high wage, high demand technical area which makes them employable. Furthermore, we have the benefit of being a small learning community with a capacity of 600 students which allows for more personalized relationships for students and collegiality among teachers. LWTHS is a school of choice open to eligible students from throughout Collier County interested in getting a jump start on their career while still in high school."
