Clinical Educator Training is designed to provide direct training for peer mentors, academic coaches, and leaders with support for new teachers and college interns.

The program design provides training modules that develop clinical skills for the following: growth mindset, content planning conferences, observation and diagnosis of practice, and targeted feedback on performance. In addition, Collier County Public School's program includes additional support through preparation and implementation of professional development plans, reflection, and skills for collaboration.

    • Skill One: Clinical educator facilitators build capacity and guide the learning for clinical educators to develop a growth mindset and apply it to their work with developing educators.
    • Skill Two: Clinical educator facilitators build capacity and guide the learning for clinical educators to conduct effective content planning conferences with developing professionals.
