    Shawn King Scholar Athlete Award (CCPS Application) Will be providing scholarship to deserving seniors. Since 2003, 42 scholarships have been awarded totaling $126,000. This year's awards include a $10,000 scholarship and (2) $1,000 scholarships. This organization wants to give more than 2 one-time scholarships this year. DUE:

    Winged Foot Scholarship (click here for info and downloadable application) Each year, the Winged Foot Scholarship Foundation reviews nominees made by all local high schools and selects a winner at the annual banquet. Each school’s nominee will receive a $5,000 award, and the overall winner will receive an additional award of $2,500 per year for 4 years as they attend college. The qualifications are quite specific, so please review the criteria to be sure you qualify before applying. All applications are due via email only to your school’s Activity Coordinator ( The application asks for 2 letters of recommendation and a transcript.  Please allow sufficient time to acquire the required documents as so many people are working through modified means. DUE:

    Barron Collier High School All Sports Booster Club Athlete/Citizenship of the Year Award (click here for info and application) The All Sports Booster Club is awarding a one-time scholarship to senior male and female student/athletes in good standing at Barron Collier High School who have excelled in their chosen sport(s) and are active members in their community.

    Winner: $1,000 presented to the top male and female athletes

    Runner-Up: $500 presented to the male and female athletes

    Citizenship Award: $250 presented to the male and female athletes
