    Manatee Middle School is composed of lifelong learners that are respectful, organized, accomplished and responsible. Through positive school culture and relevant and rigorous academics, students are prepared to thrive in high school and post-secondary opportunities.
    Manatee Middle School invites you to “Hear Us ROAR”!  Visiting our campus you will hear and see the ROAR as we are Respectful, Organized, Accomplished and Responsible life-long learners committed to academic excellence.

    Our school is proud to have earned a “B” rating from the State of Florida.  In addition, we are proud of our gold status as a model Positive Behavior Support (PBS) school.  Our faculty and staff take pride in meeting the needs of our diverse learners by providing engaging lessons in literacy, mathematics, science and social sciences.  Our instruction is built on a foundation of Marzano effective strategies, Kagan cooperative strategies, instructional technology, and rigorous strategies to meet the needs of our learners.
