Mandatory Uniform Policy

TOPS: Short or long sleeved plain SOLID shirt (collar or no collar) or PTO Spirit Shirt.

BOTTOMS: Any plain, SOLID color Bermuda-length shorts or slacks for boys, and Bermuda-length shorts, slacks, jeggings, capris, skirts, skorts, and jumpers for girls. Tights may be worn under skirts, jumpers, or even shorts. Jeans may be worn when the weather is chilly/cold outside.

SHOES: Tennis shoes with laces or Velcro closures must be worn. Heelys are not allowed.

For Chilly/Cold Temperatures:  Any solid colored, plain sweatshirt/sweater/cardigan/zip-up jacket may be worn. Hoodies are allowed on jackets/sweatshirts, but the hoodie may not be worn in the building.

If the appropriateness of attire is questioned, the child will be referred to the office and the parent (guardian) will be contacted. Disciplinary actions will be taken when violations are repeated.

Please remember to address fit when choosing school clothes. All clothing must be of appropriate size and length. Extra baggy, too tight or too short clothing is not acceptable under the CCPS dress code.
