2019-2020 Laws of Life Winners Recognized at Banquet
Congratulations to the following winners of this year's Laws of Life essay competition:
Judah Bobrow, Laurel Oak Elementary School (Elementary School Division)
Sadie Lipman, Community School of Naples (Middle School Division)
Alejandra Ramos, Lely High School (High School Division 9-10)
Betsy Mattio, Barron Collier High School (High School Division 11-12)
These students were honored last Thursday at the annual Laws of Life Awards Banquet and delivered their essay submissions to a captivated crowd consisting of parents, peers, teachers, and local business leaders.
The Laws of Life program is a character-building activity that helps young people focus on and develop positive character traits that lead to responsible citizenship and a successful life. The program is open to all student residents of Collier County who are enrolled in grades 4 through 12. Annually, more than 3,000 students compete for a variety of honors and scholarships in four grade-level divisions.
Congratulations, again, to all the contestants and winners from this year's competition! The winning essays will be posted on the District's website and on social media in the coming weeks.
