MOVING FORWARD UPDATE: Quarter 2

The second quarter of the 2020-2021 school year begins today, Monday, November 2, 2020, and ends January 15, 2021. We are excited to welcome over 5,900 students coming on campus for the first time this school year! During this transition time, please remember that our administrators, school counselors, and teachers are here to support your child and you as needed and we invite you to stay in regular contact with your child’s school. With the addition of more students on campus, each school principal will share how everyone plays an important role in building a thriving, caring school community.

BUILDING SCHOOL COMMUNITY

Click on the video links below to watch students and staff explain “school community.”

As a reminder, all 50+ Collier County Public Schools (CCPS) campuses opened successfully August 31 and have remained opened thanks to the dedication of our students and staff in following health and safety measures. Thank you! These public health principles remain in place to not only protect children, but also staff, family members, and our community as a whole. The following two videos are intended to remind or inform of procedures put in place due to the challenges presented by COVID-19.

Please note requirements may change based on guidance from the Florida Department of Education, Florida Department of Health-Collier, and/or the Centers for Disease Control.

Academic achievement and the physical, social, and emotional wellness of our students and staff is a collective effort. Thank you for supporting your child(ren) and our entire school community.
