Collier County Public Schools' Pre-K is a high-quality early childhood education program. The goal is to prepare children for success in Kindergarten and beyond. Comprehensive resources are provided for social-emotional development, health and nutrition, and family engagement. Children and families who participate in CCPS Pre-K enjoy a variety of educational opportunities.

Interested in becoming a Parent Volunteer for a Pre-K Program?
Parent volunteers are needed for the Pre-K program to be successful. You can volunteer in many capacities including:
- Help with school projects at home or in the classroom
- Attend and participate in Policy Council
- Attend Parent Committee meetings
- Assist with activities in the classroom
- Assist with field trips
In order to volunteer in a Pre-K program, you will need to complete a CCPS Volunteer Application online. Additionally, Head Start volunteers will be asked to complete a Tuberculosis Screening Questionnaire which will be reviewed by a Health Specialist to ensure that all volunteers meet Head Start health guidelines.
