TERMS (AS400 Rumba)
AS400 Rumba (TERMS) system houses all of Collier County Public Schools finance, budget, purchasing, payroll, employee, and vendor information.

REQUESTING ACCESS:
- The Administrator must complete the proper TERMS Access Request Form (see below).
- Submit the signed form to Rose Elarde (elardr@collierschools.com).
- Once the request is received/approved, user access will be added/updated by Technology.
All access requests should be sent to Rose Elarde (elardr@collierschools.com)
from an Administrator/Office Manager.
Requests received from a non-administrative staff member
or sent to anyone other than Rose will be returned.REQUEST FORMS:
