Pathways coaches play a valuable role in the Pathways to Enhanced Health program, and are available to support employees to create and/or maintain healthy lifestyles through various programs. Pathways coaches are employed by Community Health Partners (CHP), and having offices conveniently located at the Administrative Center in the Benefits & Wellness office. Coaches can be reached Monday through Friday by calling 239-377-0710.

    Anjali Russano
    Team Leader, Physician Assistant

    Anjali holds a Masters Degrees in Physician Assistant Studies and Public Health.  She is also a Certified Diabetes Educator. Anjali worked as an internal medicine Physician Assistant in Atanta, GA, for over 10 years. After taking a career break to raise children and relocate to Naples, FL, she returned to work as a Health Coach with Community Health Partners to pursue her passion in health promotion and disease prevention. Anjali is committed to providing CCPS employees with personalized, evidence-based strategies to support and sustain healthy lifestyle changes. 

    Tim Katz
    Registered Dietitian

    Tim holds a Master of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Fitness from Springfield College. He is a Registered Dietitian (RD) and state of Florida Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist. Tim is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He has more than 15 years of combined exercise/nutrition related experience in the wellness industry. Tim has been coaching in the Pathways Program since December of 2016 and remains excited for the opportunity to work with CCPS employees to assist them in achieving their health and wellness goals.


    Amy Sciarrino
    Licensed Practical Nurse

    Originally from the Chicago area, Amy fulfilled her childhood dream of making Naples her home 20 years ago. She is a graduate of the Lorenzo Walker Technical College nursing program. She has been employed by CHP for over 8 years with the past 3 years working in SmartChoice, a nutrition education and lifestyle coaching program. Amy has completed training through the American Association of Diabetes Educators and recently graduated from the C.H.I.P. program. Amy considers it a privilege to work with CCPS employees and looks forward to encouraging and supporting them along their wellness journey.
