Pathways coaches play a valuable role in the Pathways to Enhanced Health program, and are available to support employees to create and/or maintain healthy lifestyles through various programs. Pathways coaches are employed by Community Health Partners (CHP), and having offices conveniently located at the Administrative Center in the Benefits & Wellness office. Coaches can be reached Monday through Friday by calling 239-377-0710.

    Jennifer (Jen) Ringle, is a Master’s prepared Registered Nurse who has been involved with employer-based wellness programs since 1994. Her degrees also include a Master’s of Science in Administration, and undergraduate degrees in nursing. Her nursing career began in Toledo, Ohio, and continued southward to Morehead City, NC, Melbourne, FL, and finally to Naples in 2004. She worked for Naples Community Hospital (NCH) from 2004 to 2018, primarily in critical care. Jen joined Community Health Partners in 2018 as the Manager of Population Health, SmartChoice Health Coach, and Embedded Care Coordinator. She is excited for the opportunity to share her passion for health and wellness with CCPS employees as she helps to guide them towards embracing a life-long healthier lifestyle.

    Tim Katz
    Registered Dietitian

    Tim holds a Master of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Fitness from Springfield College. He is a Registered Dietitian (RD) and the state of Florida Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist. Tim is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He has more than 15 years of combined exercise/nutrition-related experience in the wellness industry. Tim has been coaching in the Pathways Program since December of 2016 and remains excited for the opportunity to work with CCPS employees to assist them in achieving their health and wellness goals.


    Amy Sciarrino
    Licensed Practical Nurse

    Originally from the Chicago area, Amy fulfilled her childhood dream of making Naples her home 20 years ago. She is a graduate of the Lorenzo Walker Technical College nursing program. She has been employed by CHP for over 8 years with the past 3 years working in SmartChoice, nutrition education, and lifestyle coaching program. Amy has completed training through the American Association of Diabetes Educators and recently graduated from the C.H.I.P. program. Amy considers it a privilege to work with CCPS employees and looks forward to encouraging and supporting them along their wellness journey. 


    May Cruz
    Pathways Program Coordinator

    May is originally from Puerto Rico and moved to Naples, FL during her high school years. She is bilingual, proficient in English and Spanish. May holds an Associate’s Degree in Medical Assisting and a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science Management. She has worked within the healthcare system in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Case Management, and outside healthcare as an ELL paraprofessional for CCPS. Health and wellness is her passion and she believes the best life is a healthy life. As the Program Coordinator for the Pathways Program and a health advocate, May can live her passion and help navigate CCPS employees through their Pathways wellness journey. She looks forward to hearing from you and answering any questions you may have.
